Clervett Williams, LPC
Clinical Supervisor
Stepping into therapy is a courageous step, and I want to welcome you here. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, I am committed to walking alongside you through life’s most challenging seasons. At Release Wellness, I believe true well-being is achieved not simply by managing stress, but by intentionally releasing what no longer serves you so you can create lasting balance and joy. This is the meaningful work we do together.

I specialize in supporting women and couples as they navigate depression, anxiety, motherhood, major life transitions, college stress, and relationship challenges. I believe strength is not found in simply enduring, but in deep self-reflection and self-discovery. My approach honors your full story—past, present, and future—so we can redefine what strength and growth truly look like for you. Together, we create space for authenticity, clarity, and healing.

With over ten years in the mental health field, I know the ability to cope already exists within you, even if it feels distant or underdeveloped. My goal is to help you build and strengthen your personal “Invisible Toolbox” by identifying existing strengths, refining unused skills, and developing new tools for confidence and resilience. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, am Gottman Level 2 trained, trauma certified, and serve as a Clinical Supervisor mentoring future counselors. If this approach resonates with you, I would be honored to begin mapping your resilience together.

Compassionate Counseling for Life’s Toughest Climbs
Helping others realize their full potential is more than my profession—it is my passion. I believe that supporting individuals through mental anguish, trauma, and relationship challenges requires a deep, personal commitment, and I am dedicated to walking alongside you from the very first step as we navigate life’s most difficult seasons together. My goal is to equip you with practical tools for your personal “toolbox” so life feels less overwhelming, more manageable, and filled with hope.

I specialize in trauma recovery and support individuals facing military and veteran stressors, advocacy burnout, emotional challenges such as depression, anxiety, and anger, as well as relationship and marital concerns. My approach is shaped by my lived experience as a father, husband, and veteran. I am a retired Master Chief Electronics Technician and the proud spouse of a retired Sergeant First Class, which allows me to connect authentically with military families and those navigating complex life transitions.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Certificate in Trauma Counseling from Regent University and am EMDR trained through EMDRIA. With over four years of clinical experience, I integrate evidence-based practices like EMDR with a compassionate, heart-centered approach to healing.

Naomie Joseph-Nieto, LPC
Your Guide to Healing and Clarity
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in trauma informed care. I received my academic foundation from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where I developed a strong clinical framework grounded in evidence based practice, cultural responsiveness, and compassionate care.

My therapeutic approach emphasizes both empathy and practicality. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment in which clients feel genuinely understood while working toward meaningful and measurable progress. As a first generation Haitian American, I bring a deep appreciation for the role of culture, family systems, and community values into the therapeutic process, and I integrate culturally informed perspectives into my clinical work.

I am fluent in Haitian Creole and offer counseling services to clients who prefer to communicate in their native language, ensuring accessibility and comfort throughout treatment.
As a Trauma Specialist, I work with individuals navigating complex emotional experiences, chronic stress, and unresolved trauma. My approach extends beyond symptom management to address underlying patterns and promote lasting healing. I utilize innovative, integrative methods to support clients in developing practical coping strategies while fostering long term emotional growth and resilience.

I am committed to helping clients move beyond survival toward sustained wellness and personal empowerment. I look forward to partnering with you on your healing journey and providing the professional guidance and support needed to achieve meaningful change.

Imani Miller, LPC
Rewrite your story. Find your strength.
As a therapist, I believe the most meaningful stories are the ones we write ourselves. I use my passion for movies, memorable quotes, and a sense of fun to help children, young adults, and families discover the hero within their own narrative. Together, we navigate life’s plot twists, including anxiety, depression, anger management and impulse control challenges, and grief. By incorporating familiar storytelling, favorite movie quotes, or the wisdom of a Disney classic, I create an engaging therapeutic space where difficult conversations feel more approachable and empowering.

I believe everyone deserves a safe space to tell their story. For children, therapy is designed as an interactive and creative experience using therapeutic games, expressive activities, and character based references to explore emotions and build coping skills. Families are supported in identifying and changing recurring conflict patterns while strengthening communication so each voice is heard. Young adults benefit from a relatable, media informed approach that replaces rigid academic language with meaningful connections through pop culture, humor, and real life application.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Criminal Justice in 2019 and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021 from Liberty University. As a doctoral student with over five years of clinical experience, my work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, and Trauma Informed approaches to support lasting growth and healing.

Let’s begin writing your next chapter—one rooted in clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
